ORDER:
The Labour and Employment Department
has proposed to purchase one Xerox machine by exchange
of the old Xerox machine at a cost of Rs.57 thousands
under Part II Scheme 2005 -2006.
2. After careful consideration,
the Government sanction a sum of Rs.57,000/- (Rupees
Fifty seven thousand only) towards the purchase
of one Xerox machine by exchange of the old Xerox
machine in Labour and Employment Department under
Part II Scheme for the year 2005-2006 from M/s
Xerox India Limited Chennai (Formerly M/s Xerox
Modi Corporation Ltd, Chennai) on DGSD rate contract.
3. The expenditure sanctioned
in para 2 above should be debited under the following
head of account:-
"2251-00-Secretariat
Social Services -090. Secretariat -I-Non Plan-
AQ. Labour and Employment Department - 19. Machinery
and Equipments -01. Purchase (D.P. Code No.2251
00 090 AQ 1912.)
4. The Section Officer (Bills),
Labour and Employment Department is authourised
to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para
2 above to M/s. Xerox India Limited, 41, Cathedral
Road, Chennai-86 by means of a crossed cheque.
5. The
order issues with the concurrence of the Finance
Department Vide its U.O.No. 27685/ L &E/05-1,
dated 19.4.2005.
