ORDER:

The Commissioner of Employment and Training has submitted proposal for Establishment of LAN in Commissionerate of Employment and Training (Employment Wing) under Part II Scheme for the year 2005-06 at an ultimate cost of Rs.4.00 lakhs.

2. The Government after careful examination, accept the proposal of the Commissioner of Employment and Training for Establishment of LAN in Commissionerate of Employment and Training (Employment Wing) and accordingly sanction a sum of Rs.4 lakhs (Rupees four lakhs only) for the purchase of Computer items stated at para 1 above under Part II Scheme during the year 2005-2006.

3. The Assistant Director (Special Cell) Employment wing is hereby authorised to draw and disburse the said amount.

4.The purchase should be made by following the usual prescribed procedure in force.

5. The above expenditure shall be debited to the following head of account:-

"2230-Labour and Employment-02- Employment 101- Employment Services - Schemes in the Xth Five Year Plan-II State Plan-JJ. Strengthening of Commissionerate of Employment and Training -76-Computer and Accessories-01-Purchase"

(D.P.Code No.2230-02-101-JJ-7615).

6.This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.0.No. 36243/L&E/05, dated 19-5-2005.
