ORDER:

The Chief Inspector of Factories has submitted a proposal for renovation and maintenance of the Office of the Chief Inspector of Factories located in the 200 years old building at an ultimate cost of Rs. 8.00 lakhs (non-recurring expenditure), under Part II Scheme for 2005-2006, the Standing Finance Committee has approved the proposal of Chief Inspector of Factories.

2. The Government accordingly sanction a sum of Rs. 8 lakhs (Rupees eight lakhs only) as non-recurring expenditure for renovation and maintenance of the Office of the Chief Inspector of Factories located in the 200 years old building under Part –II Scheme for 2005-2006 based on the approved Plan/ Estimates.

3 The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the following head of account:-

"2230. Labour and Employment-01. Labour-102. Working Conditions and

Safety-II. State Schemes in the Tenth Five Year Plan- Plan-JG. Strengthening of Factory Inspectorate I.T. Minor Works" (D.P.Code 2230-01.102 JG 1705).

4. The Administrative Officer, Office of the Chief Inspector of Factories is authorised to draw and disburse the amount.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department-Vide its U.O.No.39793/L&E/2005 dated 31.5.2005.
