ORDER:
The Chief
Inspector of Factories has submitted a proposal
for Creation of Computer Software Network System
linking 10 offices (Joint Chief Inspector of
Factories, Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore and
Deputy Chief Inspectors of Factories, Sivakasi,
Tirunelveli, Trichy, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur and
Vellore) with the office of the Chief Inspector
of Factories, Chennai.5 for speedier and effective
functioning of the Department at an ultimate cost
of Rs. 10.00 lakhs (non-recurring expenditure)
under Part –II Scheme for 2005-2006.
2. After
careful examination the Government accept the
above proposal of Chief Inspector of Factories
and accordingly, sanction a sum of Rs. 10.00
lakhs (Rupees Ten lakhs only) as non –recurring
expenditure as detailed in the annexure to this
order for creation of Computer Software Network
System linking 10 offices (Joint Chief Inspector
of Factories, Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore and
Deputy Chief Inspectors of Factories, Sivakasi,
Tirunelveli, Trichy, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur and
Vellore) with the office of the Chief Inspector
of Factories, Chennai.5 for speedier and effective
functioning of the Department under Part II Scheme
for the Financial Year 2005-2006.
3. The expenditure sanctioned
in para 2 above shall be debited to the following
head of account:-
"2230. Labour and Employment 01.
Labour-102. Working Conditions and Safety-Schemes
in the Tenth Five Year Plan-II. State Plan-JG.
Strengthening of Factory Inspectorate-76 Computers-01.Purchase".
(D.P. code 2230. 01 102 JG 7610).
4. The purchase shall be made
by following existing tender procedures.
5.The Administrative Officer,
Office of the Chief Inspector of Factories, Chennai
is authorised to draw and disburse the amount by
means of a crossed cheque.
6. This order issues with the
concurrence of Finance Department-Vide its U.O.No.154
/ JS (Per.) / 2005, dated 31-5-2005. (BY ORDER
