The following notification shall be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette:-

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby orders as follows:-

"1. Thiru M.Velu, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, (EOI) Egmore, Chennai is posted as Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Cuddalore, vice Thiru S.Arumugam, transferred.

2. Thiru B.Gokuldoss, functioning on Deputation as II Additional District Judge, Pondicherry (on repatriation) is posted as Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Vellore vice Thiru N.Subbaraj, transferred.

3. Thiru K.Jayasankaran, Presiding Officer, I Additional Labour Court, Chennai is posted as Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Tirunelveli, vice Thiru J.V.Raj transferred.

4. Thiru A.M.Basheer Ahamed, II Additional District Judge, (CBI Cases), Coimbatore is posted as Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem vice, Thiru S.Thangakani, transferred.
