ORDER:
In the Government letter second read above it
has been stated that the Right to Information Bill,
2005 as passed by the Houses of Parliament received
the assents of the President on 15th June, 2005
and the Right to Information Act, 2005 has also
been published in the Government of India Gazette
first read above.
2. All the Administrative units of Public Authority
are bound to provide information as requested by
the Public and Public Information Officers / Appellate
Authority, as required under the Right to Information
Act, 2005 are to be appointed for every Public
Authority which include all Administrative Departments.
3. The Special Officer, Entrepreneurship Development
Institute, in the letter fourth read above has
requested the Government to designate the Competent
Authority as well as the Appellate Authority under
the Right to Information Act, 2005 for Entrepreneurship
Development Institute.
4. Accordingly the following officers are appointed
as Public Information Officer and Appellate Authority
for Entrepreneurship Development Institute.

5. The Special Officer, Entrepreneurship Development
Institute, shall review the implementation of the
Act, periodically.
6. The Special Officer is requested to send necessary
proposals as called for in the Government letter
third read above to Government for issue of appropriate
orders.
