Ltd., was incorporated on 19th July
1995. Mr.K.V.Bala, promoted Indowind
as a venture of Subuthi Finance
Limited. Pioneered the concept of
Green Power as an IPP in the Indian
Wind Power map. 13 years of Operational
experience & expertise of running
wind electric generators successfully.
The company has presently installed
& commissioned 53.91MW WTG’s
capacity, across the two States
of Tamil Nadu (37.99MW) and Karnataka
(15.92KW) and plans to increase
its annual installations. Indowind
become the first wind energy company
from India to get the Carbon Credits
issued by UNFCCC for its 12.3MW
Projects in Tamil Nadu. Indowind
is planning to add 100MW capacity,
expand activities in new markets.

this with large capacity expansion
and challenging role to play for
recording spectacular growth in
power Generation & Revenue Generation
for the benefits of all the stake
holders.

Indowind is
a one stop shop for all types of
services in the power sector which
is in a way unique & revolutionary.
It offers Green Power sale to customers
at competitive rates. The customer
can enjoy the benefit of consuming
power from the Clean Source. The
Project Management Division has
expertise selecting, designing contracts
and implementing them in Site selection,
Equipment, vendor, co-ordination
with govt. authorities, in speedier
and timely completion of projects.
It manages the assets of its own
and customers, on unique revenue
sharing model. The customer gets
the benefit of maximizing the plant
land factor (PLF), revenue from
the assets owned by them. It provides
various resource options from its
own and through its network of investors,
short term support of 3 months to
18 months, for project customers,
power customers, suppliers and service
providers for bridging the bottlenecks
in project implementation, thereby
enhancing the value of relationship.
It has expertise in CER and other
areas and can provide extended solution
in renewable area for the customers
/ investors.
